Krystie Jansen - Bookkeeping and Administration

Krystie is our bookkeeper and office administrator. She is currently studying genetics and psychology at the University of Manitoba. Krystie has worked as an administrative assistant and receptionist at a medica lclinic for over 5 years and hopes to provide the same level of service and customer satisfaction for REP4.

Shaun Lawrie - Technician

Shaun has been working part time at Rep4 since the beginning of August. He is currently working through the CompTIA training program for technicians and further develop his troubleshooting skills and repair techniques. Over the past couple of years he has started designing and building my own systems including both air cooled systems and liquid cooled. Shaun been a computer enthusiast since he was very young and hopes to bring that enthusiasm to REP4

Hank Cholod - Maintenance Services

Hank Cholod is our Maintenance Service Tech. He has a strong background in Maintenance and Backup Services and has the roll of System Administrator. He has recently branched out to onsite support services. Previously, Cholod worked for Computer Interventions for the past year, and continues to provide support. Cholod also worked for EDS Canada which was formally known as SHL Systemhouse from 1998-2008 in the Disaster Recovery Backup/Restore Group.

Luke Sterzer - Business Services Technician

Luke has risen to the challenge of becoming REP4's Business Services Technician. With the support of his team, technical apptitude and great customer service, Luke is ready to bring your company's IT support to the next level.

Eddie Phillips - President

Eddie is REP4 Technologies founder. With a resume that lists several Fortune 500 IT companies, such as Microsoft, EDS, AT&T and Hewlett Packard (HP), Eddie has a diverse IT background. With the inspiration to use the experiences and knowledge gained from those companies Eddie set out to apply those technology solutions to the Small & Medium Business Market.
